EbevyYG Learning Solutions, LLC embraces practices of bias-free behavior by men and women using training to educate those who police the community by profession or those who police by being residents of a community seeking quality of life. Our mission and defining goals include solutions, engagement, empowerment. How we approach this task is by providing technical writing services to police/law enforcement agencies and training commissions who contract with us to build instructional content to update police academy training, or for post-academy classes, or for classes to train new instructors, or for community groups.
Embracing change is a process accomplished through training of police and civilians, requiring input from community residents and the police along with the structuring of a unified and rational approach, identifying and agreeing on appropriate steps toward change, and finally implementing strategies that will sustain what has been achieved through continuous review.
The Learning Solutions Team is diverse in their areas of expertise, years of dedicated service to the police/law enforcement profession and community involvement, and are leaders in their own right. Based on the nature of the service we offer, we are continually identifying and adding experts to the Team.
