The slideshow says it all. EbevyYG Learning Solutions, LLC promotes bias-free behavior by creating curriculum content indicative of back2basics lessons to educate those who police the community by profession or those who police as residents of a community seeking quality of life. Our mission and defining goals include solutions, engagement, empowerment. How we approach this task is by providing technical writing services to police/law enforcement agencies and training commissions who contract with us to build instructional content to update police academy training, or for post-academy classes, or for classes to train new instructors, or for community groups.
Embracing change is a process accomplished through training of police and civilians, requiring input from community residents and the police along with the structuring of a unified and rational approach, identifying and agreeing on appropriate steps toward change, and finally implementing strategies that will sustain what has been achieved through continuous review.
